After expiration of the 1-year included Secure NMC System, the purchase of an Advantage Plan (Plus, Prime, Ultra), EcoCare membership with onsite maintenance visits for the UPS or a stand-alone onsite maintenance visit for the UPS is required to get future NMC firmware updates.
