At Back to the Office, we are committed to offering great customer service and unbeatable value for money. We have a dedicated team of experts who check pricing against our competitors on a daily basis. However, if you do find any of our products cheaper elsewhere, we will do our best to price-match it.

How to request a Price Match

To price match, complete the online price match form with the price you want us to match and a link to the website on which you've seen the better price. We'll check the competitor’s website and contact you within 12 hours to confirm if we can match the price.

If we confirm the competitor's price is lower, we will try to price-match your order at the time of purchase. (Providing we don't make a loss in doing so)

Terms & Conditions

We do not offer price match from marketplace sites such as eBay, OnBuy, Amazon or Price Comparison websites.

We do not offer price matching against Amazon.

Price match must include the competitor’s delivery price.

We only price match against reputable online retailers within the UK.

Price match only applies to products purchased online. In-store purchases do not qualify.

The product on our competitor's site has to be identical to the product on our site and offered on the same terms, with no discounts applied on the competitor's site.

The product must be in stock and available for delivery within 7 days from the competitor.

Price match doesn’t cover bundles or multi-product transactions; quantities may be limited at our discretion.

Any website pricing errors on either backtotheoffice.co.uk or the competitor's website are excluded from the price match.

The payment method you choose must be available on the competitor's website.

We can’t match a price if our company would make a loss in doing so.

We reserve the right to withdraw our price match promise at any time.

Back to the Office Limited's decision will be final on any claims made under our price match promise.
